On Friday, Sept. 25th the student's grandparents came to visit. They enjoyed a sack lunch out on the lawn as well as getting the opportunity to hear some songs the students had learned in music class. Grandparents were able to see technology projects the students had created on their laptops. Before leaving for the day, grandparents were treated to a powerpoint presentation that showed pictures of the students with their grandparents from earlier times. As a thank you gift, grandparents received a framed picture of their grandchild. A wonderful time was shared for all involved.

Thank you for Grandparents Day! I was so impressed with the technology and how easy the kids made it seem! I was already a grown up before I learned to use a computer! My first computer used two huge 8 inch floppy disks to work!
